These Terms govern your use of the WarrantyVault mobile application developed and operated by Quentin Dommerc. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Overview
WarrantyVault helps you organize product warranties, receipt photos, serial numbers, expiry dates and support notes.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal organization purposes in accordance with these Terms.
3. Purchases
Paid features, if offered, are processed through the Apple App Store. App Store payment, renewal and refund rules apply.
4. Your Content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you save in the App and for keeping backups of important warranty proof.
5. No Legal or Warranty Advice
WarrantyVault is an organization tool. It does not provide legal advice, guarantee warranty coverage, or replace the warranty terms from the manufacturer, retailer or service provider.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quentin Dommerc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
