Privacy Policy
WarrantyVault ("the App") is developed and operated by Quentin Dommerc ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.
The short version: WarrantyVault is built for private warranty organization. Receipt photos, serial numbers, warranty dates and support notes are stored in the app and are not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
1. Warranty Data
WarrantyVault lets you save product names, receipt photos, serial numbers, warranty expiry dates, store details and support notes. This information is used only to provide the app features you choose to use.
2. Anonymous Analytics
We may collect minimal anonymous analytics to understand feature usage and improve the app. Analytics do not include receipt images, product names, serial numbers or warranty notes.
3. Purchase Information
If you purchase WarrantyVault Pro, the purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage entitlement status. We do not receive your payment card details.
4. Crash Reports
We may use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports, including device type, OS version and stack traces. Crash reports do not intentionally include your warranty content.
5. What We Do Not Collect
- Receipt image contents for advertising
- Your contacts or location
- Your Apple ID or payment card details
- Advertising identifiers for ad tracking
- Data for sale to third parties
6. Permissions
The App may ask for camera or photo library access when you attach receipt photos or proof. Those permissions are used only for the feature you requested.

8. Children’s Privacy
WarrantyVault is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
